I went there a little while back to get my iPhone 5 screen fixed. They said it’d take about an hour. It ended up taking about 2.5 hours and when they finished, they had crashed the software. There was an error and a bunch of crash codes on the screen. I couldn’t turn it on and they still tried to make me pay for it. Terrible service. Maybe this isn’t a common problem for them, but I know at least 1 other person that had a similar experience.

This boost mobile is a disgrace. They scam you and lie to your face. They even stole from me. I went there with a video camera and even recorded them lying to me and admitting that one of the employees lied to me in order to steal from me and tried to get me to pay money for what he took. I will be sending that video to the better business bureau to have them shut down, or fined, or I will sue them. I went in there, tried to give them a chance to fix what they did, and they didn’t care. DONT GO HERE!!!
PS– if I could give them no stars, I would, but the minimum is 1. They definitely don’t even deserve 1.

Walked in after doing a bit of research. Experience was painless and pleasant while service was fairly priced. Needed an iPhone 4s screen replaced. Manager was friendly and suggestive of additional products and services while not being pushy. Promised 45 minutes. Finished in 45 minutes. Would recommend if you need this kind of service.

My iPhone 5 screen cracked and within no time of reaching out to Boost Mobile via email (cause I had no phone to call and had to use my ipad to email) I was contacted by Mike who offered me to come down and have repaired. Location is great was easy to find and upon entering I was greeted by the employees. They were able to replace my phone within a ½ hour at a GREAT price. My phone is up and working thanks to Mike and his team!
