McDonald’s

What’s become of McDonalds? It use to be that you could visit any of their restaurants and receive the following: good food at a reasonable price; courteous and professional service; and a clean environment. On my visit last Thursday evening I didn’t find all that to be true.
As I first arrived, I needed to visit the men’s room first. There were less than half a dozen in the restaurant, and it appeared they were doing some cleaning. The bathroom was a mess and needed some attention. I notified them before placing my order, and the associate said she’d notify the manager. If they acted upon my informing them, it sure wasn’t quick about doing so.
I ordered a McChicken, McDouble, Medium fries, and beverage. Everything seemed good, except for the fries. They tasted old and were cold. Why weren’t fresh fries made; I don’t know why? But being a mile away with my ‘To Go’ order, I wasn’t about to turn back.
So be aware. In the future if I should stop by looking to order something… If the bathroom isn’t clean… Keep on going. It’s not worth stopping for.

I would never normally give a fast food place 5 stars, but this place blew me away. Arguably the nicest employees I have ever encountered. Hands down. From ordering at the drive thru to picking up at the window. The order was 100% correct and it was a pleasant experience.
This is a reflection of not only the individual employee but management also. You can tell that they treat their employees with respect and in turn they treat customers the same. Bravo!

This was the first time I came to this McDonald’s and would definitely recommend it to everyone. The workers are friendly and it was clean. The décor is a bit outdated but it just reminded me of my grandma’s house. !

It amazes me how friendly & sincere so many of the people that work at this location are. There aren’t a lot of places to get coffee near this location so I’m here a few times a week. Even the weakest personalities that work here still shine far above any McDonalds in Chicago.
