Do Not Use This Company!
They took down their original Facebook page due to negative comments from customers.
They are totally unprofessional.
I booked them months ago for my daughters Sweet 16.
I sent them (via debit card) a 100.00 deposit and asked for an e mail confirmation of this transaction and a copy of the contract via USPS.
Never Got Anything From Them!
I called several times and asked to speak to the owner, who was never in the office during regular business hours, and who never called me back dispite the 3 contact phone numbers I had left with my message.
I finally called and asked for my deposit back which incurred a fury of threats, cursing and overall immature behavior from «John» who hung up the phone on me.
I called back and was treated so poorly that I was shaking in my chair. He told me «Good Luck trying to get your money back.»
Then a man who said his name was Brian and informed me he was the owner called me at my job (used his caller ID to see where I had called from) and apologized for the rude behavior of his employee. He said my money would be refunded in 5 days.
Never Happened.
I wrote a negative review on The Party Depot’s original Facebook Page, which then caused representatives from The Party Depot to berate and slander me with immature comments.
Others who had had horrible experiences with this company also wrote their experiences in response to my comments.
The Party Depot Took Down Their Facebook Page and replaced it with a page that you can not add reviews for their company. You can not add reviews to their website either.
What Does That Tell You???
