We always get pizza, very often we have it delivered and at times we pick up… Have had other items like salads, pasta, fries, appetizers… All are decent but the thin pizza is a few levels better than most! Very expensive, really don’t order even more because it’s so expensive but the pizza is spectacular!

We usually love Rosati’s. We have had experiences with the Antioch and Round Lake locations and have always been satisfied. Yes, they are a little more expensive than I usually like to pay, but it used to be worth it. Operative phrase: used to be. Tonight we ordered baked mostaccioli with meat sauce and two meatballs(additional $ 2.50), fried shrimp dinner, and a 14″ half cheese/half pepperoni pizza. We also had a coupon for a free 12″ cheese pizza with $ 20 or more, so we had that covered. At first I was impressed. They told us 45 minutes to an hour and it was here in 30 minutes. But… They didn’t give us our free cheese pizza. So, I called and they said they would have it right out to me. As we were waiting, my fiancée started eating her motaccioli only to see two overcooked, small meatballs smashed on top and marinara sauce instead of meat sauce. So I called again as the driver hadn’t arrived with our pizza yet. The manager himself informed me that he could replace the mostaccioli at no charge, but that we were needing to pay $ 12 for our free pizza. Apparently they have a new girl taking orders and she rang up our order wrong the first time and gave us a $ 12 credit instead of our pizza. My fault? No. So why do I have to pay for her mistake. We’re not trying to scam anyone or take advantage of them, if they did it all wrong to begin with, why do I have to pay for there mistake. Good customer service would have been to send my free pizza, replace my mostaccioli, an not charge me for your mistake. Instead, the manager continued arguing with me and insisted that I pay the difference for their mistake. I finally said, «Just forget it all. We won’t be ordering from you again,» to which the manager made no attempt to persuade me to stay, he just kept arguing his point. Finally, I just hung up on him, only to find out that my French fries were undercooked and soggy, not crispy and golden. Never. Again.

We order from here quite a bit because it is close to our house. The pizza is pretty decent for a chain and the salads, sandwiches and pastas are pretty decent too. They have very reasonable catering prices too. That said, if you order delivery… check your entire order before you let the delivery guy leave. 75% of the time, something is missing from our order.

Ordered lasagnas last night at 7:27. Sara did not ask what sauce. Said delivery in about 45 minutes. I called after hour and 15 and was told they are busy but driver just left. Driver showed up at 9:10. Bag ripped, lasagna cold and no meat sauce. I went to bed.

I keep ordering from here because it’s really close to my house but every single time I regret it. The food is alright but it’s too expensive for what it is. I don’t mind paying a lot for good quality food but this is just mediocre. There is one girl who works here who is… let’s just say«extremely rude.» I don’t even know how she has kept her job. All in all it’s just not a great experience. Save your money!

My husband called and started to place an order but our daughter wasn’t ready to order. He asked them to hold the order and that I would call them back in 5 — 10 minutes. I called the Gurnee location not knowing he had called the Lindenhurst location. I walked to the gas station for drinks and when I returned there were two delivery drivers there. One from Gurnee and one from Lindenhurst. The Lindenhurst location chose not to hold the order and then insisted we had to pay for it. My husband has changed the number in his phone to the Gurnee location as we will not be ordering from Lindenhurst ever again!

The food is a average to below average. The pizza is very bland and a little pricey. The lasagna had too much cheese and very little flavor. The only good thing is that this is one of the few pizza places opened up on Sunday before 3pm.

This place is real close to where I live and I’ve tried them multiple times over the years. Most recent experience a couple of days ago was the worst. Online ordering still isn’t available and whoever answers the phone sounds as if she didn’t want to take my order. When I showed up for pick up, I waited a good 3 minutes until someone showed up at the counter. I’ve had cheap frozen pizza that tastes better than this. Blandest pizza I’ve ever had with their stuffed pizza and the thin crust pizza must have been under the broiler because it was the most over cooked pizza cheese I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor in lindenhurst and go with RJs.

Used to be one of my favorite places to get pizza. Something has changed. Not sure if there is a new owner, cooks or staff. But the last 3 times we have ordered we have had issues. Wrong food(twice in same order attempt), burnt chicken and then over an hour on a weeknight and pizza was not even cut. The pizza itself does not seem quite the same either. My kids and I all agree on this. Not sure if it is the sauce or crust but something is different. Very dissapointing.
