i had to have my hair colored and needed to find a new stylist ASAP. a friend recommended salon by the bay and i was able to get a same day appointment. cheryl looked at my hair and discussed some options with me. she went through the color book and described different things to me before we decided on a color. cheryl took the time to explain things to me and made sure i was comfortable each step of the way. the other staff was friendly and outgoing, and the other customers seemed like regulars. it’s only been a little while but i’m very happy with my hair and hope it wears well. i am definitely planning on returning to salon by the bay because the service was top notch, the staff was friendly, and the pricing seemed very fair.

Absolutely a top notch salon. I walked in with no appointment and was seated soon after. The staff is extremely friendly and make you feel comfortable from beginning til end. Frankie is an exceptional hairdresser… although cheryl did my hair and I was extremely impressed by her talent. I will definetely be returning to this salon. I was totally pleased and have found my new go to salon. If you want great service, reasonable pricing, this is your salon ! Thanks cheryl !!
