If there was an option for zero stars I would have given that. This is the worst place I have ever done business with! To start with, for almost 2 months they told my husband and I they were looking for a suit to fit him because of his muscular build and would get back to us when they got it in like it wasn’t an issue to get it. I had to call one day to check in and was told yeah we can’t can’t do that… with now 6 weeks to our destination wedding! They bring in this complete moron Dion to talk to us and «make things better» who tells us he is a miracle worker. He apparently wasn’t because he did nothing as well aside from trying to sell us on his exotic rental cars?! (Can we focus here) and we were told he was fired a week later. We wound up going to several places now in a panic to find him a suit and wound up with an AMAZING custom suit from Gianni’s in Massapequa!!! If you need a rental, a suit anything go see Val at Gianni’s. That man is a true professional and bent over backwards to help us out instead of trying to screw us.
On top of having the worst communication and customer service skills, they call us while we are in Mexico 2 days before my wedding to tell us that my father in law’s suit isn’t in and they don’t know what happened to the truck that was bringing it. My in laws were in a state of panic having to get on a flight that night with the thought of not having a suit. Then one of my groomsmen shoe during my reception completely came apart from the sole! Just garbage all around. Not even so much as a thank you call or apology call from Bob the owner or Mitch and we’ve been home for 3 weeks now!!! Save yourself the heart ache and the stress and DO NOT RENT OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Gianni’s in Massapequa is the #1 place to go. Val will get you a suit that fits you perfectly that you OWN for less then it cost us to rent here.

Stay away from this place as far as possible! They took cash deposits from my 80 year old father for 2 wedding tuxes 3 months in advance and said it was refundable and when we decided to go in another direction they said they wouldn’t refund or give us store credit. The owner Bob made believe he was a worker and had to check with his sleaze ball manager named Will. When I called they said there was nothing they can do I’m sure when they hear from the US attorneys office they will change their tune!
