I wish I had something good to say about this place because when I called them last week, the woman who helped me over the phone seemed very helpful and polite, but when I called a week later and gave my reservation # (the number I was given to reference my previous phone call) the man on the phone brought up my reservation then rudely advised me that there was only one unit left in the size that I needed so the price had gone up another $ 60.
In one week, with just 10 days left to the month? Not only did that seem very shady, it left me scrambling to find an alternate storage place because I wouldn’t put it past them to jack up the prices once my things are in their unit. Nice try. No thank you. Renter beware.
