This place is great if you just want them to set up the room for you and then leave. The place is beautiful. But they aren’t wedding coordinators which I thought they were when I had my reception there.

I was very impressed with Bella Vista. I held my wife’s 30th birthday there. We also had a company event there. The setting is beautiful. The person who helped me coordinate was very helpful and always available. It relieved a lot of stress. The venue is perfect for a group of 50 – 100, maybe a little bit more. Food can be brought in, it’s a pretty central location. Jill Kramer is the best to coordinate with. Very pleased!

My wife and I had our reception here and the staff was very accommodating. When they say«your day, your way» it’s not a joke they really mean it. We got to choose what we wanted to do for food and decorations! We love Bella Vista and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for place to have any event!

Bella Vista was great to work with when planning my wedding reception. They sat down with me, my then fiancé, and my grandma and went over pricing and took us on a tour. They had a large book with pictures from previous weddings to give us ideas on how others have arranged the room(food tables, cake, sign in table, guest tables, etc). This also gave us insight as to what their offered decorations look like when they are all set up. It was very helpful. This company was very easy to work with, good communication skills, very accommodating, listened to our ideas, and gave helpful suggestions. Later we brought both of our mothers to see the facility and to decide on the final details of the room. Bella Vista has you finalize your layout of the room with them and on the day of your reception, they have everything set up for you and ready to go(besides your decorations from other places). They checked in with me a few days before just to touch base and see if there were any changes I wanted to make in the layout or décor, which I really appreciated. They have great customer service. We chose to have 10 guest tables, 80 chairs, extra chairs against specified walls, Glitter backdrop for our line, our video in the right corner with drapes on the wall, Cake in the far corner with drapes as well, sign-in book at a table right outside of the reception hall, and a gift table along the wall where the line would pass. We also had a drape cover on the middle pillar and lights across the ceiling. They helped us with the layout according to what our preferences were and it looked great. A few things I really like about Bella Vista are: Choice of their decorations(if they have what you want) or to bring your own, you can bring any food you like or have your event catered by any company of you choice(many have requirements or lists of who you can have), there is a beautiful brides room and grooms room with private restrooms, you have a choice on the hours you want to use the facility(I think it has to be within a 6 or 7 hr time frame), they clean up all of their decorations that you used and you clean up your own food and décor, and they have a great kitchen that can store a ton of food/desserts/ice and it also has serving trays, cute punch or beverage dispensers, and food display shelves that you can use(you just need to wash them after). They also have a sound system and ipod hookup that we utilized. The view inside was gorgeous and everything with the event set up and take down went smoothly. The ladies at Bella Vista were so enjoyable and easy to work with that planning the reception was the easier part of our wedding planning!
