I’ve had issues every time I have gone here. I had their first appointment at 8:00 AM, and 2 cars got out before us. We waited for an hour and 15 minutes for an oil change. Their excuse was that they were understaffed on Saturdays, why on earth would you not be fully staffed on Saturdays? I won’t ever go back.

I have nothing, but great things to say about this dealership! I have purchased my last 2 cars at Lexus of Lindon. I also have family & friends that have gone to this specific dealership to purchase their vehicles as well, because of my recommendation. I was very impressed with how well I was taken care of & how easy the process was. Jon, the sales manager, was very kind & helped me find the perfect car for me. I never felt pressured by him or anyone else in the dealership. When I come in for oil changes or a simple car wash, I’m greeted promptly & professionally. I will be a customer for life! We were headed out of town last Saturday morning and I noticed my front left signal was whacked. I called the Lexus dealer in Lindon because I was headed that way and it was closer than the one in Murray, where I usually go. I called a little ahead of time and the nice woman on the phone said they were booked but to bring it by anyway. We show up, they get the new light installed in less than an hour, and they charged us… wait for it… NOTHING! Murray Lexus wanted $ 63.00 for parts and labor and they lied to me the night before about how much time it would take, so they get a half of a star at the moment. THANKS LEXUS LINDON. Sometimes I wish I lived closer to this one, but I have this thing about Utah County. Also, the Lindon store sells BYU shirts (BOO).

I have been to Larry H. Miller dealerships before and had sub-​par experiences. This renewed my faith in dealerships altogether. I was impressed with John Henson, sales manager and the salesman we worked with — Ken Robison. They were both non-​intrusive and very helpful. We ended up buying an Acura MDX in fabulous condition with the price knocked down to where we needed to be.
The most impressive thing was when we were not harassed into buying an extended warranty when we said «no thanks.» They accepted our answer, detailed the car & filled it up with gas quickly and the whole thing was done in under 2 hours to boot! I highly recommend working with Ken Robison if you need a car. Very intelligent and kind to work with. Thanks Ken!

I had to bring my Lexus into this dealership for service recently and was very disappointed with the customer service. The actual car service was great, but the inside sales staff and facilities were not up to Lexus standards.

I’ve been a patron of this Lexus dealership and the one in Salt Lake County (Murray) for a number of years. My current vehicle actually came from this dealership and as I’ve described in my review for the Murray one, the sales service is pretty much top notch. It’s no pressure but also very attentive when you have questions. Lexus makes car buying what it should be and is the standard by which dealerships for other brands should be compared in my opinion.
Lexus is generally considered legendary for its customer service, and for the most part I’ve found that to be true. However, I give this particular dealership some additional kudos over the Murray store when it comes to the service department. While generally (knocking-​on-​wood) you don’t expect to ever have any major problem with a Lexus vehicle, what I can say is the one time I have in 11 years of owning them, these guys took care of everything and it didn’t cost me a dime, in fact they seemed genuinely horrified that something serious had even gone wrong in a 4 year old Lexus, as it was then. They even gave me rides too and from my place of work at the time while they were getting my vehicle repaired. I’ve never been more impressed than with the professionalism, openness and customer focus I received from the service department here.
As a result, I decided when I replaced that particular vehicle with a newer Lexus that this dealership would get the sale. And get the sale they did!

Bought a is 250 from them in June. Paid for the extended used car warranty. Brought the car back to them numerous times for a tire sensor that should not have been a big deal to replace but instead they would reset the warning and a few weeks later it would come on again. Got to the point where every time we drove the car the warning light would come on. Finally decided to change the rims along with the sensors. When we went to take the tires off we had found that the wheel lock for the lug nuts was not in car. Went back to the Lexus and they refused to give me one. Instead they wanted to charge me for it despite the fact that it is a necessary part that should come with all cars. If I had gotten a flat tire there is no way I could have changed the tire. They finally relented and gave me the part but not until I’d spent 15 minutes arguing with them. Poor customer service for luxury brand. Hope they start doing better or I’m not coming back to buy another car.

Love this place, the service department is excellent they really take care of the customer. I have been really impressed every time I have been in many times so I know it isn’t a fluke. After all it is a Lexus dealership what would expect. My friend even got a basic service taken care of for free because they finished his car 30 minutes latter than they told him.
