Ok, I just spilled my drink and Stephanie, the on duty supervisor replaced it’d or no charge and had the area cleaned up promptly. Great customer service. It was all my fault but she was kind enough to fix me up again so I wasn’t without a drink. I love this Starbucks. Stephanie is a great example of how great customer service is delivered. Thank you Stephanie.

Its a typical Starbucks. The drinks are decent and the environment is good. Customer Service here is awful. I came in and wasn’t even greeted. The man just stood there looking at me. I order a Venti Dark Roast Coffee and they didn’t even ask for my name. I never heard them call it out and waited a full 20 minutes before asking them about my drink. They claimed to have called it out and they offered to make a new one. I was pretty frustrated with the whole situation. They also don’t allow you to order a Venti water or even just water and matcha powder. I have been to better Starbucks with better service. I do not recommended this Starbucks.

This is the only Starbucks with a drive through that’s on my way to work so I tend to go here more than others however it can be a bit slow at times and even when ordering the most basic drinks it seems the taste varies greatly from one order to the next when ordering the same drink.
I’m also often not asked about sweetener or milk/​cream preferences when ordering items that use them and have to add those item in at the end of my order. Just seems to me that they would ask.
Since I’ve only used the drive through I have no idea how the counter service is.
If our coffee at work weren’t so horrible I don’t think I’d stop here as often.

The best Starbucks I have been to. The people are friendly the place is neat and the music is relaxing great place to enjoy your drink
