After Casey brought the goods out last night, I just can’t resist Unilocaling about this fine cheese made by a family in the Central Valley. At the helm of this company is a 25 year old woman who left school to return to the family’s farm and create cheese. This cheese is already a smash(winning a number of awards) so it probably doesn’t need my help. But let me just say that the Serena is a cheese that most anyone would like, yet it’s pretty distinct in flavor. It has just the right blend of creaminess and nuttiness. Go forth and eat some.
