Fisher A Craig, MD

Dr. Fisher is great *IF* you can ever get to see him. His receptionist/​office staff has promised to call back again and again to make my appointments, but never call back! The issue is I am asking for blood work (to track an already existing condition, ei– nothing new to discuss) in addition to the two topics they allow per appointment. The only two issues per visit policy doesn’t bother me, its that lab requests to monitor an existing condition are very quick and shouldn’t even require a visit at all. The office hours are not convient for working families, only open til noon on fridays, 2pm Tues, Thurs, and 5pm mon and wed. They are also very poor at following up after an appointment, which is a true pity because Dr. Fisher has a fabulous bedside manner.
Dr. Fisher is very understanding, helpful and cares for his patients. If only it wasn’t impossible to get an appointment. My sincerest hope is that they see this review and reconsider their office staff, because it is very sad that such an awesome Doctor has such a pathetic office staff. If he does my family will be back!
