Hilton Hotel

Decent property.
Room was clean and large. Fitness center was well appointed with plenty of equipment. On site restaurant and bar and a fairly good executive lounge.
Only issue were the desk associates did not follow up on requests.

This Hilton is great. If your a gold or diamond member you get a free drink and app and the apps are really high quality. The cheese plate is top notch. One of the next values for the money in the area.

I’m on the fence about this place. The hotel itself is very nice and modern with beautiful public rooms and a huge parking lot. Our room was on the small side, but comfortable and very quiet, which is a big plus for me. The bed was blissfully comfy.
Bad stuff:
The smoke alarm in the room was a strobe light and drove us crazy at night with the flashing.
The breakfast buffet was marginal and never varied.
Housekeeping was very inconsistent. Something was wrong every single day:
— no clean glasses
— I called the front desk twice to request additional towels. They never came.
— no washcloths or handtowels
— ice bucket not emptied or cleaned,
— only decaf coffee for the coffeemaker
— shampoo/​soap was not replaced til I asked for it.
— there was a pen on the floor under the desk that stayed there for our entire five night stay.
When I’m paying top dollar to stay at a hotel, I expect better things.

Great service, modern rooms. Executive floor rooms are even nicer. Like the fact that the hotel is run by solar energy (at least partially).

Stayed here on a business trip. Very nice hotel, and very nice staff. Everything is kinda pricey, and there is no free breakfast. but oh well. They offer free airport and lightrail shuttle as well… plus I found out the very last day the shuttle will take you anywhere within 3 miles of the hotel.

Clean hotel and room. Room and bathroom was a bit small. Modern styling throughout. Free shuttle takes you anywhere within a 3 mile radius, which will cover the airport, train station, other hotels, and the national electronic museum. Free (slow) Wi-​Fi only in lobby area. Gym was clean and spacious. Food was expensive but well prepared. Wouldn’t choose to stary here if I were spending my own money. Would much rather have free hi speed wi-​fi and HDTV then their modern furnishings troughout. The shuttle was nice, but would be better off getting a place closer to D.C. then the airport.
Internet costs 10 bucks a day and is not worth it. I havn’t been on a internet connection this slow except when I tether using my phone. Download speed is like 10Kb/​s. Good for checking emails and that’s about it.

i’ve stayed here probably a dozen nights in the past year. consistently good service. clean. friendly. nice décor. never any problems that weren’t made right.
breakfast buffet price is a bit much (over $ 20), but the food is above average.
