I got my Leaf Filter system installed about 3 years ago. It was pricey and I was promised FULL100% guarantee. However, I saw some LF folks at a recent street fest and I told them I had a lot of debris collecting on the screens. They URGED me to call the 800 number and get someone out to take care of it. I didn’t think it was a big deal but I called and the sales guy was less than enthused. He told me it’ll happen from time to time and that it’s MY maintenance to take care of that issue. I told him I didn’t see that in the paperwork and he said it was not. He could clean it «Free» this one time and would charge me $ 78 each time thereafter to clean them. {What??] So I had the guys out today. They spoke about 1% English and I had to tell them I had to get out of my driveway to get to an appt. [I had to resort to Spanish as they didn’t understand me] They seemed to do a good job, I’ll see pictures later to determine if it was good AND they installed a diverter on one spot that I didn’t think was necessary and I don’t know if it’ll cause MORE debris to collect and become a bigger problem. A 100% guarantee — not really. And I would not have called If the LF sales people didn’t really URGE me to do so. I don’t feel I have to pay to maintain the system and I will be in touch with corporate over that guy’s lack of concern. It’s a Fabulous product, if the installers and company lives up to their claims. The jury is out for now, but I have not been disappointed, yet.
