Ordered flowers for my mother for Valentine’s Day via their website. Spoke to someone who confirmed the order. Flowers were never delivered, and I would have never known had I not asked my mother about the flowers. I called Harry Hasson several times to see why/get a refund and each time I was told they would look into it and get back to me, but that never happened. I finally filed a claim with American Express to get my money back. The flowers I ordered for my grandmother through were delivered as promised, so I suggest using them over Harry Hasson.

My mother received dead flowers for Valentine’s Day. They were left on her front porch in 20 degree weather. She tried to take them back and was harassed and yelled at. I will be making sure every single person I know in the area about how she was treated. That includes everyone who owns a business that would purchase flowers and I plan to write a letter to every local paper in the area.

BUYERBEWARE(especially all of the out of town reviews submitted by friends of the new owners! They all stopped by and bought $ 6 bouquets — yea, right!) I have never, ever had such a horrible experience with any delivery sent or received. I ordered a $ 39.99 arrangement from FTD who then passed on the business to Harry Hasson Florists. With shipping and handling(16.95) and tax($ 3.99) the order came to $ 60.97. It was promised by 3 pm on New Year’s Eve. After spending the afternoon tracking its whereabouts, I got an email from that the order had been successfully delivered. I called the recipient(good bye surprise) who told me she had not received the flowers. Furious that I had been lied to I cancelled the order. Almost an hour later, knowing the order had been cancelled, Harry Hasson rushed to make delivery and then changed the time AFTER recipient signed. When she opened the delivery she was shocked at how the two large flowers and the focal point of the bouquet were DEAD. She took a picture and called the shop on Jan. 2 and they told her there had been all kinds of problems with the order, and the person who placed it(I had not had any contact with them, my only contact was with FTD) and that what was I complaining about??? I only paid $ 19 for the flowers(I had paid more than 3 X that but that’s not the point — a florist should NEVER tell a recipient what a gift cost, even if they gave the correct amount. They lie, they don’t deliver, the send a lousy product. Feel free to email me with any inquiries. I like Unilocal but not when reviews are phony and misleading. Hope my review saves an honest, unsuspecting person from getting burned! Liar Liar Pants on Fire — they’re a total fraud, from their reviews to the delivery!

I get flowers from here all the time! This place is the best the always have flowers at great prices and go above and beyond what you ask for. I will continue to get all my flowers from this company. They really know what the true meaning to customer service is! A+
