I would give 4 stars if you Wi-​Fi didn’t suck so bad or if there was decent cell reception.
For the love of the internet upgrade, I’ve had better connection in 3rd world countries.

Very good experience overall! The ruby relaxer is the best! Very family friendly and not overly expensive. I am always finding coupons for this restaurant via mail or on retail me not… and they even have a ruby to go!

Decent, but I wish it were a bit more consistent with the food. Staff is nice prices are standard. Salad bar is my fave.

Awful sevrice, food was wrong the first time it came out, then again the second time. If you can’t get it right the second time, then you shouldn’t be in the restaurant business. Our waitress veronica was not apologetic for the mistakes… some times an I’m sorry goes a long way, nope she was more focused on playing on her phone at the bar not tending to her tables. If I could give this restaurant a 0 star rating I would.

Every time I have visited with family or friends we have had excellent service. Depending how busy it is, I did notice that tables remain dirty until someone takes initiative to bus the dirty dishes away & clean up for next patrons. The pricing is okay, but not a place I would eat at regularly due to a large bill after a medium-​sized meal.

I ordered Salad bar which had rotten salad. Side of grapes for my child we’re rotten. Customer service was horrible. Table was sticky. Garbage on the floor everywhere. I thought I’d give it another shot after going there once before. This was the last time.

Haven’t eaten here in a while — now I know why. Four of us were seated at a table. We ordered drinks, appetizers and a main course. I had a burger. It was thin and VERY dry. No flavor at all. The waitress was clueless. Our empty dishes just kept piling up. There was little room on the table when our burgers were served. Each time she came to the table she asked if we needed anything but it seems she couldn’t see that we were stacking our empty dishes and glasses to make room at the table. Finally she noticed and then complained because she couldn’t carry them the way we stacked them. What???

Ordered the chicken BLT.
McDonalds like lack of quality.
Expected fresh hand breaded chicken breast.
Hardly.
It was awful. Frozen food.
I asked for fresh French fries. They arrived In two minutes. Seems tough when it takes 5 minutes to deep fry them.
Won’t go back.

Having the waiter add your garden bar as a add on to the appetizer and saving $ 4– 1 star
If you can count, that’s five stars. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at one of these establishments. Kudos to that waiter with the tatoo on his arms. Guy should be the manager there. Too bad we don’t have one of these chains in Orange County. I think the closest one is probably somewhere in San Bernadino County or Vegas. Next time I’m back in Lisbon, i’ll hit this location up again.
