The Chefs Table

Traveling through, we ate lunch here in this surprisingly vibrant small town. We ordered a burger with fries and a BLT with onion rings. Everything was prepared well, tasted good and was reasonably priced.

We have eaten at Glen’s many times… We have a family dinner there every month. We asked at last minute if we could do a family style dinner instead of the traditional menu, they were more than happy to change it up for us. The food was delicious and more than enough to go around… A few times. Our server was excellent. She had each dish out quickly and kept everything filled and was very friendly. The price was more than reasonable. They were more than accommodating and it was very much appreciated. Highly recommended! Thanks for the great food and service, Glen and all of your staff!

My husband and I look at 5 things when trying a new restaurant: atmosphere, service, speed, prices, and food.
The atmosphere was ok – there was no music and décor was minimal in the side room where we sat, but everyone seemed comfortable.
The service we received was nice, but very slow. We heard our server mention to another customer that they were short-​staffed, which made sense. But it took a long time to get our check and for our server to pick up our payment.
The speed was great! The food came out very quickly after we ordered, which we appreciated!
Prices seemed to be comparable to those of similar restaurants. My husband ordered Spaghetti and Meatballs which came with rolls and a salad. We could easily have split that and been satisfied with it.
The food was good! It didn’t blow us away, but we didn’t have any complaints, either, and the portions were good.

Best place to go in Lisbon for a meal… Period. Great service. Get there early for lunch cause it’s packed.

This place has the best food I have ever eaten. I have literly tried almost everything on their old menu. The just recently came out with a new one and I have not tried anything yet. I would assume they have favorites that rolled over to the new, but the chefs know what they are doing when it comes to food. Their prices are very doable and the portions are worth the prices! Great place for fish, steak, burgers are awsome, salads are nice and creative, soups are all homemade, the servers are nice and best of all it is a comfortable place to go. They have specials everyday which are creative and sonetimes exotic! they are closed on sundays. bonus, they cater! They dont sell alcohol but you can bring in your own wine.
