IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT USING THE DINGLEY PRESS in Lisbon Falls… THINK AGAIN! Absolutely appalling customer service. Not sure what kind of designers they have at this place, but after being told an label image we uploaded wouldn’t fit within their trim lines, they proceeded to ‘squash’ everything to make it fit, this included logos and barcodes. The man who introduced himself as the owner then proceeded to have the guts to offer me sexual trades for a discount! Everyone needs to no about this horrible company please share for everyone’s sake woman or man!
This will most certainly be our last dealings with The Dingley Press… There are so many good businesses out there that want the business, that I cannot believe that The Dingley Press is still in business with their sloppy practices.
