I recently had family in town from out of state, their down syndrome daughter was having a hard time with her hearing aids– they were very dirty and filled with wax. Dr. Ben Western at the Lisle location was able to fit us in the same day. He was able to get her hearing aids back to working order. He didn’t charge us a penny, didn’t even ask for her insurance info to bill a visit.
He was very kind and worked well with her special needs. I would recommend him to anyone.
