Advanced Imaging

I’ve been using Advanced Imaging for a few years now. I’m still trying to get my business off the ground, so I don’t have a huge clientele yet but still use AI for all my printing needs! They tend to run deals for various products each month. They also have top notch customer service. They are slightly more expensive than their bigger competitors but I will gladly pay the higher prices for their awesome customer service.

They are a FANTASTIC company with top notch customer service. Anytime I have any questions, no matter how small or seemingly insignificant, Neil (the owner) is more than happy to help me in any way he can! They are so friendly there. If, at any point, something wasn’t printed the way it needed to be done, they have no problem working with you until it is done to your specifications. I have tried over a dozen professional printing companies (BRI, WHCC, ACI, GP, Zook, and Collages dot net, to name a few) and not ONE comes anywhere close to Advanced Imaging. If you’ve read my previous reviews, you’ll know that I will give business to the company that has the best customer service. AI is slightly more expensive than their competitors but like I said, I will gladly pay the little bit extra to get both a great product and have great customer service!
