Returned a bottle of port today that Was not good. The owner had no reservation about making sure I was happy, which I was glad to see. He was perfectly willing to refund my money, but I walked out with a new bottle that was just fine. While there I saw a letter he had lying on the counter from the local police, accrediting his store for passing a sting operation targeting local stores selling cigarettes to minors. Clearly the owner has his ship in order.
