One of the few divisions of DuPage Medical Group I haven’t had a bad experience with.
I called to make an appointment and was actually offered a time that same day. It didn’t work for me, but they fit me right in on the next day I said I was available. They told me it would take about half an hour. They were about 15 minutes late getting me in, but the ultrasound was done and when I left I believe it was just a little over half an hour past my appointment time. My appointment was at noon and by 10 the next morning they had read my scan, sent it to my primary doc, and I’d gotten a message from my primary.

The registration girls were extremely rude and snotty! They acted irritated that their conversation had been interrupted to do their job! I didn’t want to stop at their desk, I was told too!
The imaging staff luckily did not have the same attitude!

So, whatever reason you are here, it is probably not a happy occasion.
I found that the receptionist greeted me promptly, I was seen at my scheduled time, the tech was pleasant and professional, and patient privacy is respected. Those are ALL extremely important to me. Parking was convenient and my appointment was scheduled at my convenience.
Now if only ALL components of the Dupage Medical Group were as efficient, the overall reviews of the practice would not be so terrible.
