Moon Jump

Last year was the first year I ever rented a moonjump for personal use and I took a chance on this company because they had a great $ 99 special, despite having hardly any reviews. I rented for my daughter’s 7^th birthday party and I was blown away by the whole experience. They were so wonderful, especially the service, that I recommended them for a friend’s block party and also rented a second time for my daughter’s 8^th birthday party. This time we rented a combo with jump house and slide attached, so worth the $ 200 we paid because the kids never got off that thing! The customer service is superb; both the gentleman and woman I spoke with were super friendly, answered all my questions, gave suggestions, and addressed all my concerns regarding drop-​off time, placement, rain policy, payment, etc.
You cannot beat their no-​fuss rain policy! And, NO deposit required, so no worries about the usual headache of trying to get a deposit back from a company if plans change. The inflatables were clean, the set-​up guys positioned them exactly where I wanted them, even asking if the spot was good for the sunlight positioning and were willing to tweak until just right. The moonjumps arrived early each time which was wonderful because my daughter got time to jump in there all on her own for a few hours before her guests arrived. The first time we ordered, the set-​up guy asked if we wanted to be last on his pickup route so we could have it longer and we said yes and the kids got to bounce on it until 10pm! We tipped him extra for that. Overall, I really like this company, I will definitely order from them again, and I’ll recommend them to everyone!

We rented the deluxe sports combo through MoonJump and added the $ 99 special along with it (such a good deal and that way, with so many kids, it was great to be able to have 2 jumpies going). Courteous service when we initially signed up… pretty low-​key and easy. The moon jumps were delivered early, by two very courteous individuals who took care of everything — asking if placement etc was to our liking, well secured, great functioning, clean jumps with strong blowers to keep them going throughout the party. The kids had a great time with the 2 jumps. They came and picked up the jumps — great service!!! Would definitely rent with them again. Thank you for helping our event turn out great!

We hired Moon Jump, Inc. in Lisle to help us entertain my son’s friends on his birthday and Moon Jump let them down. Moon Jump made the decision two hours before the party to not pump-​up the Obstacle Coarse that we contracted for, instead preferred to deflate the children’s fun and canceled the order. I didn’t know when I hired them that they can make the decision to cancel the morning of the party with 30+ kids. They made this decision because of a hint of potential rain in the forecast. As it turned out, we had a beautiful day, with no rain, and were left with 30+ kids to entertain without the much anticipated Obstacle Coarse they were promised. Moon Jump had the nerve to admit that they canceled the order because rain causes more work for them and that was more important then the feelings of the children. I thought they were in the entertainment business not the let the kids down business.
