I’m sorry, Unilocal.I should have listened. I was taken in by the low quote and the fact Joe was available late in the season. I honestly have no idea what kind of job he did as we had already moved and I hired him to mow for the showings on our unsold house. His emails were very unprofessional. It took forever to get any kind of quote. When I asked why it took a week to mow the first time I got attitude. «You didn’t sign the contract until Monday!» Maybe if I would have got the contract before 10:30 Sunday night I could have gotten it back sooner than 6:00 Monday morning. And it still took until Friday afternoon to get the yard mowed. When the quote for the trimming came in days later still and he was unable to break out the work that I said I didn’t want or that depended on the quote, I was done. To be honest it really didn’t matter what the price was. After his emails he was getting fired any way. Unfortunately, we had already sent the check for two mows. I never got any confirmation he ever did the second mow.
Stay away. I have no idea how old this guy is, but he needs to get his Mom or somebody to run the business part. He has no business dealing with customers.

Joe does excellent work but needs serious attitude adjustment. He makes a ton of assumptions over billing and if you provide your credit card he will just bill you without providing invoices. When confronted about this he stated I authorized it when I provided my credit card. VERY VERY Poor customer service.
