Pizza Hut

Service is always late. Never early. If you call in they will leave you on hold for very long times. However they will take your order quickly

It’s Pizza Hut. Tasty pizza most of the time, albeit a little greasy. Their cinnamon sticks are really good. I like that they now have flavored crust.

Worst service I’ve ever recieved, it took 3 hours to receive a cold and dry pizza and we had to call many times for information. The only information we ever got was «it’s on the way». They kept saying that they had one driver and like 4 other orders which I understand. But let’s do the math, my order takes 40 minutes max (small thin crust pepperoni pizza) to make and say this driver spends 20 minutes on each delivery including mine that 40 minutes for my order then 100 minutes for delivering orders including mine that is exactly 2 hours. If they aren’t just just sitting around doing nothing for that other hour and actually working hard then they either need more drivers, need to make the range in which they deliver smaller, or some kind of change need to be made.

This Pizza Hut is a JOKE! They are unbearably slow! We ordered simple pizza on a MONDAY night and we were told it would be delivered within an hour. They are over 40 minutes late! We ordered our pizza at 6:20pm and its past 8:00pm! DO NO EXPECT DELIVERY TO ARRIVE. And when you CALL they don’t help you and give excuses. DO NO USE THIS PIZZA HUT!

Frustrated with tonight’s service to say the least. I placed my order at 6pm and didn’t receive it until 9pm. Food was received lukewarm, pizza was overcooked and brownie was undercooked. I had to call twice to check the status, the guy I spoke to first obviously lied about it being «out for delivery» since it took another phone call and another 45 mins before we actually received our order. Ugh.

Update:
Broken oven or just removed too early I have no idea. Our pizza once again had uncooked dough. My honey called and she wanted to credit the card $ 8 for a $ 14.74 order. We asked but she would not remake our pizza and have it delivered for a safer meal. I’m not happy. I removed 3 stars because this is now 2 times in a roll that I had crappy pizza from this location.
Previous review 4 months ago: Whatever happened to this Pizza Hut was absolutely fabulous! Our past experiences include: rude service, improperly cut half and half pizza, uncooked dough on part of the pizza, long wait time, and not being addressed when we walked in. We started to hate ordering from this hut and started ordering from Dominos down the street. So now all the old employees are gone, which out of the bunch only one was great. I believe the man and woman that was in there last night were the owner and his wife. The tv is gone but we were surprised that we didn’t have to wait. Our food was ready when we walked in. The pizza was so delicious and full of flavor! They need to train their next chef til he/​she gets it right. It was definitely top notch restaurant quality pizza that you could tell wasn’t made by a bunch of teens with no skills. The customer service skills were in full abundance. Once again my favorite!
Also, another plus is that it is right next to the Family Video

Worst pizza hut ever. They don’t stick to the time, when you order online. I had to wait double what time I was suppose to receive the food. And when I received it the box was dirty inside and out. Not going there anymore.

Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, shame on you. First time, they were late over a hour. Second time, order never came. When I called to check status, they claimed they didn’t see my order. I got a confirmation email, but when I asked them to look it up (twice) they didn’t even try. They just said they didn’t get the order. Don’t know what’s going on over there, but using Dominos instead. They get it right 100% of the time. They don’t have the herb crust, but they do have Brooklyn style. I’d sacrifice the crust for pizza that is here fresh and in 15 minutes.

Eaten here on average twice a year for the past 5 – 6 years and never had a problem. Service tends to be slow during rush hour, but is good during non-​peak hours. We love Pizza Hut pizzas in general and also at this location.

I’ll be honest. I never thought that I would rate pizza hut five stars. I haven’t even been to a pizza hut since I was a kid. However, I saw a very enticing commercial on TV and ordered it. I went into this particular location and had better service than I have had at most sit down restaurants in downtown Naperville. The guy behind the register (Anthony? sorry I don’t remember. He was a taller, thin guy) was very polite, prompt, and offered extras such as red pepper and parmesan cheese. Upon trying the pizza when I got home I was pleasantly surprised. The service is what sold me and I will be going back.

Excellent thin crust pizza. Inexpensive and very good crust and sauce. I gave up on pizza Hut and domino’s a long time ago but I tried it and it was supprisingly really good. Delivery was fast and pizza was hot. Will order again for sure. 2-​17-​2015

There are several decent pizza places in the area and Pizza Hut, being a chain pizza place is toward the bottom of my list, but once in a great while it’s alright and once in a while they’ll send me an offer in my email I can’t refuse. I mean, it’s right next to Family Video so it’s super convenient!!! Ogden & Yackley is your one stop shop for pizza & movie night!
I’ve ordered a from here online a few times and everything is always made super fast and always hot when I arrive to pick it up. I can pretty much hit «submit» on their website, get in my car and go pick it up.
If you’re looking for decent cheap eats… or just craving those breadsticks, this place is A-​Ok. I don’t have any complaints!

I have never been a fan of Pizza Hut. I tried it twice back when I lived up in Elmhurst, and both of the pizza’s made me sick. I swore never to have Pizza Hut again … until I saw they had the 3 cheese stuffed crust. I ordered from this location, and it was extremely fast. The delivery driver was friendly and pleasant. The pizza was hot and fresh! It was very good pizza, I was shocked! The right amount of toppings and a very tangy tasty sauce. It wasn’t all that expensive either. I was very surprised and I have to say I will definitely order from this location again.
