Starbucks

So many rude employees in the drive thru that are short with you and have no customer service skills. The drive thru area is so short the lines constantly go into the street backing up a ton of traffic every morning. You’re left hanging in the right hand lane blocking other cars. So stressful! Have gotten mochas from here and they skimp on the espresso everytime. The last one I got tasted like a hot chocolate.
Its close to home but have wayyyy too many problems to be worth it.

Best starbucks I’ve ever been to. Pristine in cleanliness, all employees are extremely knowledgeable about the products the sell, awesome customer service, quick and accurate service every time. Makes my day go a lot smoother when I know my coffee will be right!

This Starbucks has one of the friendliest staffs I’ve ever come across. They’re quick, efficient, and make delicious drinks. Joel is hilarious and always makes my day when I go in there!

They’re super friendly here. Drinks always comes out right. If you’re coming here to study, they have quite a bit of tables to sip some coffee and study at. It’s clean and in close proximity (walking distance if you want lunch or dinner) to jersey mikes, taco diner, and papa johns.

I have been here before. Very friendly staff, clean place, but the coffee today was horrible. Ordered 2 grande dark roasts and we overheard they were short on dark roast and brew more ASAP. Okay. I’ve been to Starbucks plenty to know that they will ask if you wish to wait for a new batch, or a quick pour over. We were served the coffee and I can tell by putting the ½&1/2 in l, how strong the coffee is. Didn’t seem bad until I tasted the coffee. Really really bad cup of coffee. It doesn’t even taste like a Starbucks bean does !! The Speedway or BP station has a better cup than this. Just disappointed enough to Unilocal.I can always ask when the last batch was brewed, but at $ 2.25 a cup, 7 am when most are drinking coffee, and the reputation of Starbucks one would think. It’s always fresh.

Overpriced coffee and weird service. Don’t get me wrong. Most of the frappes are delicious but the amount by they charge should be criminal. For all the ingredients that go into a frappé, you could probably make the drink for about 50 cents… so they charge $ 5.00?!? Too expensive

The best Starbucks location in Illinois. Their staff makes the store. You can experience some shitty Starbucks locations with terribly made drinks, but never here.

This is the closest Starbucks to where I live, I’ve been there a number of times… sometimes I feel like these starbucks are hit or miss, especially during the morning rush. I’ve NEVER had an issue with this location… they are always quick & efficient, even when I’m in the drive thru during the morning rush.
I’ve gone inside a few times, and used the drive thru MANY times.
When I landed a job out in the burbs I got a lil’ excited… that I can actually drive through Starbucks before work and grab my coffee to go! I like to treat myself every now and then and take a break from the keurig at home or at work. I went today for the un-​teenth time using my birthday drink which the email claimed expires May 20^th (my birthday was last month) low and behold after swiping all three cards registered to me… no promo showed up, so they gave it to me anyway! Now THAT is service!!! I got me a venti iced coffee with an extra shot. I wasn’t about to rip a place off of two free drinks, I never went to redeem my drink and I read the email again last night before deciding to go. It was super nice of them to grant this to me… I will continue to go to this location no matter what.

I’m someone that loves going to the same Starbucks but I’m starting to think I might come to this one more often!
I’ve been here a few times over the last few weeks. It’s a good size shop with plenty of tables and chairs. The staff is very friendly and quick to make the drinks. Everything seems clean and organized.
There is a drive thru but I don’t think I will ever attempt it. The drive thru is off of 53 and it always seems very busy and difficult to get into. I happy to go in at this location.
I love Starbucks and this location is one of my favorites!

This starbucks ranks among the worst in the area. They are slow as all hell, they mess my order 40% of the time, and the coffee just always tastes terrible.
I hate to give a bad review because the employees are really friendly but that only goes so far.
Step it up Lisle starbucks, I know you’re better than that.

Been going here for the better part of three years now. Used to be great, friendly and interactive staff who cared about the customers. Something happened… new faces, attitude, and a ton of grab ass when they should me attending to customers.
I started following no less and less. Here is a tip 20 something Skippy… pay attention when a customer orders a drink, stop playing games with your buddy who is outside picking up trash. Acknowledging your customer and being polite will generally result in repeat visits and a larger tip. You may also try saying thank you when you get a tip and looking at your customer instead ignoring them and thrusting the coffee cup into the car.
Yesterday another 20 something just half assed gave me my drink dripping spilled mocha on me and in my car then looked surprised when I asked for a napkin. Do yourself a favor and find a place that cares about serving you and drive on by…

The staff was friendly and professional. They were a really busy when we dropped in but staff was handling it well. A great experience.

they have a drive-​through! It’s in a strip mall and there’s side parking. I just moved here just about a mile away and this is the closest Starbucks it just so happens to have this beautiful drive through to where I don’t have to get out of my vehicle during the cold Chicago winters this is outstanding LOL

I love that they have a drive through. It is so convenient to not have to get out of my warm car in this fridgit weather. And the staff is always nice.

Live next to this location and by far it’s my favorite I come there every day the staff is good nice and friendly

This place is always nice… The lines are super long in the morning but a lot of coffee places are… I got a drink from another Starbucks that was wrong and they didn’t even question it they just fixed it! That’s was great! They are always super friendly

I used to be all «Boooooo Starbucks…» But now I’m all «YAAAAAY Starbucks!» Why?
Well my first trip here thru the drive thru I had 2 screaming rapscallions in the back seat and I desperately needed my coffee fix so I could stop feeling like frazzled, tired, «don’t make me turn this car around» mommy, and start being patient, soft voiced, «yes, of course we can listen to ‘Let It Go’ for the trillionth time today!» mommy. I ordered my Trenta black iced coffee, pull around to pay, and wouldn’t you know it, the lovely folks in front of me payed for my drink. They apparently just asked that I do something nice for someone else… After leaving a hefty tip, I left with a smile on my face and good will in my heart.
Besides that touching moment, the baristas here are so nice and accommodating. Like today, when I couldn’t open my Izze soda, they gladly helped without making me feel like a twizzler armed weakling. Or when I asked for small cups of whipped cream for my wild things so they’d stop begging their grandmother to eat the topping off her Frappuccino. And they didn’t charge me! It’s the little things…
So it only took me 2 weeks to reach gold status, and now every 12^th drink I can get a free drink or food item. Plus every now and then they do free drinks or half off certain items. Those free refills don’t hurt either. It’s crazy how fast I can take down an iced coffee.

The slowest Starbucks in the greater Chicago land area. There is a younger kid there that makes my drink wrong every single time. It’s like he doesn’t understand the word iced. It may not even be in his vocabulary. Makes my drink hot every single time. Older lady taking orders is way too friendly and chatty. People are trying to get to work. It’s nice that your friendly but do it at 1 in the afternoon not in the morning. Just because I’m not in the drive thru doesn’t mean I have nothing to do all morning. How’s the coffee? It’s Starbucks and it tastes like Starbucks.

I usually come here once a day… ‘cept on the days I come here twice a day. Which, turns out, is a fairly frequent occurrence.
Come to think of it, I think I’ve got an appointment with a Venti Soy Chai in about 25.
Reasons I come here:
–Drive Thru
–Drive Thru man who seems kinda ‘stoner-​y’ is AWESOME. Always good convo– even at the ungodly hours I make appearances in their drive thru
–Starbucks reward card… every 15 stops I get a free drink and there’s no charge for extras like soy milk or flavor shots when you use your card and it’s super conveniant for Drive Thru use.
–And though the drive thru line can sometime get pretty backed up, it’s still convenient as f*ck and world’s better than saving a few minutes but still having to brave the cold.
