Villages on Maple

Money Grubbers!!!
Lived her since ¹¹⁄₂₀₁₅. Rent raised $ 150 per month since then. Now have to pay for guest parking, parking passes (again), charged for making rent payments, no updates, property maintenance minimal, parking HORRIBLE, and poorly designed apartments. Only have stayed because of our dog and private entrance. Looking for new place ASAP!!!

My husband and I set up an appointment with Tony to check out some 2 bedroom townhouses on a Friday morning. We have been looking to leave our apartment for quite some time now, we need something a little bit bigger. We are just starting out as a married couple (been married for a year now) and we need somewhere to settle down before we decide to buy a house, I am sure many of you know how much of a pain in the behind that process is and how long everything can drag out. Villages on Maple are by far the most reasonable priced places I have come across, and I have been searching for weeks. Located close to downtown Lisle just a short distance off 355, Villages on Maple are quiet and pretty appealing. It’s a little community on it’s own with townhomes and apartments. We met with Tony and viewed a possible townhome for us. They are on the small side, but very well kept! The best part of all is they allow pets! Every other place I called wouldn’t allow my dog, but just my cat (funny how that works, my dog is smaller than my cat but still not allowed!) and wanted a ridiculous amount to keep them there! I realize pets can «damage» things, but there are some people who take very good care of their pets and how they behave, like us. Villages on Maple gets that, and it’s pretty refreshing!
Tony was awesome! He answered every question we could possibly throw at him (and are still calling him with) and we had no problem telling him our history and background. A very down to earth guy who made it a very comfortable experience for us. We got our application package, and are applying tomorrow! We very much hope to make The Villages on Maple our home!
