Our condenser motor seized up last night. It was 11 yrs old. Hubby had watched previous AC guy [now deceased] change out this part on our other ac unit, so just needed to buy the part. Reasonable cost, close by, done deal. We will be happy to use his services if needed in the future.

Our wonderful dog chewed through the wires going from our AC unit to our house. Called Joe and he came out and fixed it the same day. He even covered the wires with extra insulation and tape (while still making it look nice) to attempt to keep our dog away from it. Very friendly and very affordable! Such a relief.

He defrosted the coils in the 140 + degree attic and added freon. Now my house is cold and the electricity bill on my M-​power was cut by half. Told me I will need a new unit someday but he saved our butts today!!!
