Sleeping Cat Organic Farm

My wife and I have been customers of Sleeping Cat for about 4 years and could never go back to grain fed beef after eating such quality meat. The farm has been certified organic since ’ 86. They offer beef, veal, lamb, chicken, and eggs. The eggs are certified organic, but the meat is not because farm’s butcher doesn’t have the available space to house organic and non-​organic meat separately. But, all meat is of the same caliber as any certified organic you can find for considerably less money.
You can order your meat for delivery at the Minneapolis Farmer’s Market each Saturday (even during the Winter) or you can simply stop by the market to buy some of the latest offerings.
THINK SPRING… hens are laying and the farm is up to its eyeballs in eggs!
