What can I say about this gym that hasn’t already been said about Afghanistan? Bombed out and depleted!
I been on and off here for 10 years and I watch it from its prime as the muscle head gym to a current shell of its former self. The current owner stopped doing repairs and let it go down hill till it imploded due to leaks in the ceiling. They moved it down the road in this abandoned wear house with a 3 day warning. This new building is somehow worst and I frankly can’t see it being fixed up considering how they never repaired the old building (I’m talking lights fans machines, no labels on Dumbbells). When I attempted to cancel she pulled a stunt and tried to say I had to do a 60 day written notice considering there no sign or anything telling you about this. Needless to say stay away from this place unless your into ghetto broken down cluttered gyms.

This place advertises on Google Maps to be «24 Hour Fitness.» This place is Ghetto and a waste of a drive.

Gym heads can appreciate a small gym that is accessible at any time, has a nice owner, and is never crowded. That applies to this gym so I’m good with it.
It has older equipment so if you’re looking for brand new weights then this may not be the place for you. However, if you’re just trying to go get a good workout without any hassle or a bunch of meatheads standing around the barbell benches laughing at each other while seeing who has the biggest pecs (which is kinda fruity anyway), then you would like this gym.
It has plenty of benches for pressing, including 2 incline benches and a decline bench press. They also have machines. The weight plates and barbells are older which doesn’t really make a difference. However, the only downside that I can think of is that the dumbbells are kinda ancient and it can be difficult to see the lbs on each one so you have to take some time to make sure that you have two dumbbells of the same weight. The heavier ones are labeled a little better.
It’s not your brand new mega gym with 20 people coming thru the door every 20 minutes but it is a cool place to get your work out on and I love telling friends about this cozy gym after they complain about not being able to get on machines or benches because they have to wait, or when they complain about someone following them around the gym lol. On top of that, the owner is nice and she will work with you on your membership as well. Go check it out!

I signed a contract and the manager told me in person that it was a month-​to-​month deal.
When I tried to cancel the membership 7 months later, the company who manages the account adn collects for them said I was under a 12 month contract and would owe %50 of the balance (0ver $ 100) plus a cancellation fee. They also told me that the version of my contract that they received said this. I sent them a copy of my original contarct, and it turns out that the manager at 24 hr fitness had filled in other parts of the contract after I had signed it. Shady business.
The gym is also run down, has roaches, and has several pieces of equipment that dont’ work.
