Eisenstein Orthodontics

The Woodstock office is absolutely terrible. Waited over an hour for an appt. and when I asked the receptionist there was no apology or offer to reschedule. Then we finally get back to the chair and the dr. makes my 6-​year old wait as he takes a lengthy consult during the procedure. My daughter is sitting in the chair crying and he’s laughing up front with another customer. To top things off their message machine states they are open on Fridays, but when I arrived right when they were supposed to open, I find a dark office and nobody inside. My poor daughter’s bracket came off and I expected the office to be open based on their website, Facebook page and answering service. I call the after hours number and the dr. answers but shows no remorse for the inaccurate hours of operation and even condescends to tell me I’m wrong, that the message machine doesn’t state their open. Ridiculous customer service; and I even called the message line back to validate I hadn’t made a mistake. I had not. I will never go back to this office again.
