The lady is so rude and is so hard to work with. We have been dealing with Jack’s for years but this will put a sour taste in your mouth. So frustrating!

I have to say, out of the many repair places I have visited during my time as a licensed driver, this is one of the best. The staff is always friendly and efficent at what they do. They don’t charge you crazy outrageous prices like a lot of the people in this business; and a plus, unlike the majority of the people in the business, you don’t feel like they are messing up your car just so you will bring it back it and spend more money. This is my number one destination for tires and repairs.

my truck was brought here on a tow truck last week after getting a flat on 1 – 20 and realizing my spare was also flat. they were able to help me right away, no wait, and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. $ 70 for a new tire, labor included. they were fast and friendly, and let me know that I really should replace another one of my tires while I was there. I’ll be back in a few days for another tire and an alignment, which they quoted me a very reasonable price for. I’d definitely recommend these guys.
