This is one of the better outback in the area. The food is cooked to temperature and staff are friendly. The one time I ordered mediums and got medium rare they handled it and I was happy with the experience

We called ahead and ordered carry out service. Well, they offer it so it should be as perfect as eating inside but with our experience not so much. I do have to say the food came out fast. I noticed after we received our food: A fishy smell and I thought… OHNO! However, I am gonna look at the positives and negatives: I loved that the lobster tail was grilled. The negative: The lobster had temperature issues. The positives: There were some nice and tender pieces. I loved how it melted in my mouth and slid down my throat like butter. The negative: I had to cut around the pieces that had the temperature issues. The special also came along with a steak. This is where I stopped eating. They’re known for their Victoria Petite Filet. I noticed the shape was a little different. I either received the wrong type of steak or the steak cuts were not on point that night. The knife cuts seemed a little jagged. THEMASHEDPOTATOESAND THERICEPILAF I wish they would come up with a house made gravy for the mashed potatoes. I do love how they serve them on the plate though. It looks elegant and sophisticated. The rice pilaf is just an after thought.

Friendliest staff in the area, food is cooked perfectly or they will make it right, and the members of management I have interacted with have always been helpful and friendly. I love the ribeye steak and the coconut shrimp! My only suggestion would be to call ahead for a table because there tends to a wait on the weekends(and many weeknights as well).

Third time being at this location, and always out of whatever is on the menu. It’s always after your appetizer or salad that they tell you that, however, so stay clear! They also gave me a sirloin as a substitute for the prime rib I ordered. Nice job.

The food, service and atmosphere of this Outback has always been good for my family. We usually ordet the ribs or sirloin steaks, which are always prepared well. I like how quiet the restaurant is; you can actually have a conversation without yelling. The only drawback is the macaroni and cheese, which is not that great. This Outback is the closest steakhouse to our home and always delivers.

Always have good luck here. Staff is always nice. The happy hour is decent for a corporate chain. They’re not as busy as a lot of the other Outbacks for some odd reason.

So we «used to» come here, until recently. I ordered an Outback Special 6oz steak wood fired and medium. You would figure a steakhouse knows how to cook a steak at the temperature you desire. It came out bloody and cold in the middle. So I ask the server if this is correct, she apologized and took it back. She came back said manager in the back cooked it himself again. Ok great, but somehow, the same steak I cut through turned into a classic seasoned steak, but on the bright side it was medium. Because I can’t eat the classic, hence the reason I ordered wood fired, server took it back once again. New wood fired 6 oz comes out. To my dismay it’s bloody and rare. Server at this point is puzzled cause again manager made it. I explained to her to have someone who knows how to cook a steak cook it to medium so I can eat. My family is now done with their meals at this point. Fourth time now it comes out outside looks cooked right but the inside is well done and kinda dry. At this point I ate it. No manager came out to say they were sorry. EXTREMELYPOORSERVICE. I think they only know how to cook a steak rare or well done, and scratch their heads when someone asks for in between. If someone reads this please understand you can go up the road to Brandon or Wesley Chapel. They seem to know how to cook a steak right at those Outbacks.

Outback is always consistent every time we come for dinner. Steak is always great and cooked right, server was nice attentive and did overall a great job her name was shaleen come see her if you come here. I would recommend any outback for family gatherings or dinner with friends. I am always pleased with the ribeye and the garlic mash as well as their Mac n cheese was good as well. The lemon garlic shrimp was meh and the fried shrimp was meh. I gave five stars cause the service and the steak. I will be back

I left a good review for this Outback about a year ago. However, the last few visits have caused me to reconsider. We live right down the road and often use the curbside carryout. The last 5 times we have done curbside there has been something wrong with our order. There is usually something missing or a side item is wrong. The irony is I try to tip the curbside servers as if they were serving a table. I assume that they do not usually get normal tips. I may start to reconsider as I will be checking any future orders before I pay and drive away.

Absolutely worst service by far at an Outback Branch. This is mother’s day and it was just a horrid lunch. The server was lack luster and never around. I ordered the Victoria Filet, and I was absolutely disgusted with what they brought me. I asked for Medium-Rare and it came out Well Done. That aside it was absolutely marbled with fat. My mother ordered the Sirloin Melt and it was sub par as well. Her Sirloin was burnt, the bread was burnt and her cheese was so old it wasn’t even remotely about to melt. The manager Joe came out and asked if we wanted something else, my mother ordered Chicken Tacos. She seemed to be able to stomach them which I assume means they were good. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad. Mine was a whole different story. The chicken was dry and overly cooked. The salad was alright except for the dressing which was way to peppered. Its really hard to mess up a Chicken Caesar Salad, but of course that dish was ruined as well. My daughter’s meal was perfect however. She was happy. The only positive things here were that I got to see my mother and my daughter had a good time. The entire meal was comped, however it doesn’t make up for the horrible service and the horrid food. This was the worst Outback Experience I’ve ever had.

This is a typical to better than typical Outback. It is clean and well run. They almost always get your order right and the food is of predictably good quality. The takeaway service is excellent and dependable.

Good food. There needs to be a sign facing the main street. The server was not familiar with a soft drink on the menu(Watermelon Cooler). Today was my 2nd visit and the service was still great. I will continue to visit and share my experience with my friends.

Tried carry out this time and a different menu items as well. Once again very disappointed by the quality of the food. Will not be back. Pork chops were slivers of dry over cooked meat. Cobb salad was lettuce with tiny amounts of tiny bacon, egg, 2 slice cherry tomatoes and 6 croutons. Not sure why they are cutting the size and quality of their food but it is costing them customers.

We eat here every week just about for date night. We always have great service and I have loved my meal every time. They have my favorite filet hands down. The Victoria with classic seasoning is to die for. You get lots of sides and you get a lot for what you pay for. We love this place. We will be back next week ;)

I’m pretty sure that we were sitting next to Allison W. We sat in the bar. It was the day that they were giving away free blooming onions and the one we got was just pathetic. The worst part was the manager brought it to us, on a plate that was dirty… there was a lot of brown sauce on the bottom of it. It was so greasy we couldn’t eat most of it. There was one bartender/server for the whole area and she just wasn’t very good at her job. Not very nice, to us at least, seemed to be nice to the older people there. Maybe because we look young, she thought she wouldn’t get much of a tip… she’s right, but it’s because she’s not a very good server. She put in the order of the people that sat in front of us wrong and had to put it in again. just in general this location is not up to par. The Brandon location always outshines it… Maybe new management is in order?

We did the call ahead seating, still had to wait 20 minutes and would have to wait more but I questioned such. Service was extremely slow. Watched others being attended to before us. I am still waiting on the food, so I hope that is decent.

Our server Trent was awesome! I also tried the maple mustard glazed pork chops for the first time, they were delicious. The sauce was a little runny; I wish it was more of a sauce and not so liquidy.
