The NutriBullet that I purchased last year began giving me some problems recently. I reached out to the location [Perimeter Mall area] I had purchased it at and gave him the synopsis of what was going on with my product. This also happens to be the location where I work near. The gentleman on the phone basically asked me for my first born and ten pints of blood. I was shopping at the BB&B near my home [Lithonia, GA] on Saturday and asked one of the managers about my troubles with my NutriBullet. He told me that if I brought it into him, he would trade it out with no problems. It is amazing to me the level of customer service one will provide you and the perception of location /area of another who provides you optimal service. I was very disappointed with the manager at the Perimeter Mall location. I know there are policies and procedures one must follow however, he FAILED miserably in going above and beyond in trying to locate my «proof of purchase» that he needed. He wasn’t even on the same page as the other manager at his location. Meanwhile, Cyrus, at the Lithonia, GA location knew in the confinements of his capacity everything that he could do and did it! I love to write about wonderful experiences that I have encountered and how memorable my time at the store went. I am grateful for Cyrus and the level of training he has and used effectively.
