Buffalo Wild Wings

If I could get be this place ZERO stars I would. The worst experience I’ve ever had with the exception of the hostess. Coming from Indiana this is one of the smallest Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever been in. We were seated and sat for about 15 minutes as 3 – 4 servers walked past not acknowledging our presence. We finally stopped a server and asked who will be serving our table, after another 5 minutes our server came to the table with the worst attitude. She took our drink, appetizer and dinner order. I ordered a Moscow mule which was awful, too much ginger beer and not enough vodka. I advised the server that I did not like the drink and she assured that a manager would come over, the manage NEVER came to our table during the duration of our dinner. I ordered two mozzarella appetizers with only one coming out and the wings were soggy. Our server never came back to the table to ask how the food was, she never refilled the drinks at the table, she was just awful. Never again will I eat at this establishment.

Well we did check in but after being sat and waiting for 10 minutes with no server to greet us, we had time to change our mind. So we left.

It took 15 minutes to get a beer and tea after we were seated next to the bar. The female bartender talked 6 – 8 minutes to other employees while not attempting to make anyone’s drink. The food (wings) were room temperature, and some of my wings were missing sauce. Avoid this place and save your money.

I like buffalo wild wings but this has to be the worse one I’ve ever been too!
We were having a work outing. Took forever to get entrees, food looked like it was sitting for awhile. Food was not hot at all and when a few people from our party brought it to the managers attention he laughed. We didn’t even eat it was all bad.

Buffalo wilds wings as a whole… has some good food but today i came in after a long trip on the road and had the WORST SERVICE EVER! Bartender had an attitude, didnt stay behind the bar left me by myself. She didnt talk at all and gave funny looks to me while she thought i wasnt looking. She didnt know the strong drinks or didnt care to tell me what she was serving. I mean her attitude SUXS! today is Oct 2 2015 the time is 5:00pm. She sucks avoid this buffalo wild wings bar to keep the attitudes from killing the flavor of your food. I ESPECIALLY will NEVER! Come back to this location!

Smells like dirty mop water with vinegar. Weird. I know… but apparently they did not in fact mop because I noticed my feet sticking to the ground as we walked to my table. Once on carpet, my shoes still stuck to the carpet! Gross! The food was very lackluster. I could have made a much better buffalo chicken wrap at home. Wont be back.

This is one of my favorite wing restaurants (better than Taco Mac, Wingstop, Zaxby’s, Buffalo’s). The best time to eat here is when they have specials. For instance, on Tuesdays they have .60 wings! They have like one of my favorite flavors which is Jammin’ Jalapeño! The only thing that I dislike about when getting your food is that their fries are a la carte! Their ranch is really good but not the greatest. Definetly recommend eating here if you are in the mood for wings!
Their apps are good but overpriced. The fried mushrooms are really good but they give you a very bery small portion. I also got their potato chips covered in cheese, they are amazing and they give you a decent size portion. Finally, another time I ordered some potato wedge app covered with cheese, bacon, & green onions coming alongside with delicious dipping sauce!
I almost forgot, they have a ton of tv’s everywhere & they even have projectors. They have good service and friendly workers.

The service is TRASH. Our waitress was slow. It took 30 minutes to get a drink. The knockout punch is good but that is the ONLY good thing about the experience. Maybe if the waitresses gave a damn about the customers and dropped their attitude the experience would have been a better one. I ALWAYS tip 20%, but I left the waitress exactly what her service was worth… NOTHING.

We were seated immediately which was nice since there were people waiting to be seated, it looked like. We waited about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. A server who just had A big party sit down looked at us and saw that we hadn’t been helped and didn’t offer us any drink or anything while we waited. As a server who works in a place that revolves strictly around teamwork, that is important to me. Anyway, I saw Her talk to another waitress and they both just stared over at is for a while. Our server, Lisa, finally came over and took our drink order and did apologize for the wait. I ordered an alcoholic drink and she gave me some speech about how if we were in Michigan she wouldn’t serve me because my ID is still vertical and she didn’t understand the laws and blah blah blah. So my fiancé’s water was empty and we hadn’t seen her for like ten minutes so I gave him mine because I had a sweet tea as well. And he drank all of that and we still hadn’t seen her. She came back over with my drink that I ordered thirty minutes prior and apologized but it had sat at the bar that whole time because all the ice was melted. She still didn’t offer my fiancé a refill. We were ready to leave and we watched her clean off several tables while we just stared around. She finally came over and offered boxes and we said yes. She still didn’t come back so we just went up front to pay and the manager saw us and just glanced at us and went back to what he was doing. A young waitress standing there had to turn around on her own to even see us and she greeted us and then walked away when she found out we weren’t doing take out? I don’t know what the deal was with that and then the manager finally stepped up and didn’t say a single word to us just took our payment and didn’t say have a nice night or anything. Terrible terrible terrible service all around.

Its a Buffalo Wild Wings nothing special or different from state to state. I just needed a place to find the game and get some beer and food. The only problem with this one was I got yelled at by a manager for walking up to the bar and setting myself. I was told that I had to go back to the front and wait there to be seated. First time I have been at a BWW and the bar wasn’t open setting. I was by myself and found this very strange. I waited for 30 minutes as I saw the set I was at stay empty. When they were finally ready to set me they took me to a random side table that didnt have much room.

This is a late post. I visited two weekends ago with my spouse, two children and in-​laws from out of town. My family and I frequent this place, we’re Lithonia residents, I enjoy dining out in my own neck of the woods.
This place is hit or miss. Bottom line. The food is consistent for the most part, I don’t have a complaint about that. Wings and heavy fryer operation, beers and seasonal appetizers are hard to f*** up.
However, this BWW suffers from lack of experienced FOH (front of house) staff. The veteran servers are great! They get your order correct, in a timely fashion. If you get a server that’s been there for a while, HIT.
Unfortunately, we got yet another rookie waitress, pretty much attractive, pleasant, yet air-​headed, forgetful and full of blame game on why my wings were not crispy, why the salads came out with the entrees and why we got our food 30 minutes after diners that came in 30 minutes after our party. MISS
My spouse and I are viewing a MMA fight tonight over wings and beer and it will NOT be at this location.

These people have been telling everyone all day they were going to have the UFC Fight on tv. Ten o’clock comes then we found out they not having it. Very unprofessional. This place sucks a** the manager is a douce. The short bald headed black manager is very disrespectful. This is crazy. #veryunacceptable I’m going to do the most to make sure no one comes back. But they got their money a restaurant full of people. And no fight

I just had lunch here today 12 – 28. The service was really bad. The waitress Lauren didn’t have a clue about what types of beer they have on tap. Their Dos XX Lager wasn’t even Dos XX Lager. It was mixed up with Bud Light. When I told them there was something wrong they still couldn’t get it correct. In the mean time my meal shows up. My sandwich ordered with out lettuce had lettuce. Sent back. Half way through eating the hot wings I finally have to ask the waitress to at least get me a bottled beer since they can’t get the draft right. The manager comes over and says we’re going to take the first 2 draft beers of your tab. Well hell yes your going to since I didn’t dink them and they were not what I ordered. He never apologized for anything. He didn’t even bother to buy us a beer. Charged for everything. Bad service from the second we walked in. STAY AWAY! I will never go back!

Let’s start with the good: I was hungry when I walked in and I’m leaving with a full belly and very satisfied. I ordered the wings with hot sauce and the food came out hot with plenty of sauce. I ordered a side of fries with queso on the side and really enjoyed the fries too. They were hot as well, with just the right amount of crunch. They were actually my favorite part of the meal.
I also ordered Bahamas Mamas (plural) and they were delicious!!! Would definitely order this cocktail again.
The only negative feedback that I have is the service was kinda slow but nevertheless the staff was friendly and I would return to the restaurant again.

Wow where do I start? Me and my bestie arrive it this BWW for the Falcons game Sunday. It was packed as it is every game day according to my bestie. We were seated after a short wait and it was all down hill from there. We got our drinks and about 20 minutes passed. The girl came back and took our orders and then another 20 – 25 minutes passed. We finally got our wings and that was the end of our waitress service. We had to grab waitress as they buzzed by. One waitress stated they were short staffed — you think. After spending the rest of the game with minimal service we got our bill. As I was waiting to get my card ran I decided to use the bathroom. YUCK! I’ve seen cleaner bathrooms in the nyc subways. The wings were good but the service SUCKS

It has been a while since I have gone to a Buffalo Wild Wings and I decided to watch the soccer game and eat some wings there. Well the place was not very busy and no one was at the front area seating guests. We stood there for 5 mins with no response. We walked up to the register and we told the girl we were waiting to be seated. The girl rolled her eyes and looked at her other coworker and said «Where she at???» After the other employee shrugged her shoulders and didn’t have a clue, then the girl told us to wait and she would find someone to seat us. We waited for 10 mins and FINALLY we were seated. We could have seated ourselves.
The waitress that we had was very nice and took our orders promptly. She checked on us often and refilled our drinks. The food was ok. Other than our issue when we arrived the rest of our experience at BWW was ok. Not impressed.

Boycotted this place. This is the first I noticed the «no weapons» sign on the door. Yeah like felons are going to obey signs. I’m not going to run to the car to retrieve my gun to save your asses. Good luck with that. Usually a five star wing and beverage place. I’ll never set foot in the door again.

Decided to go and watch the Cowboys/​Eagles game here on last Sunday of the year. I expected it to be packed but surprisingly it was a nice crowd but not packed. I liked that right off. We were seated and ordered. The service was good… not great but good. I really liked how you could see TVs no matter where you sat. They have tons of TV. WE sat in the middle of the restaurant and could see all of the TVs. The wings were nice but the fries could have been better. The Jack & Coke I ordered was ok also. I’d go back here to watch a game if I was in the area.

Visited this location twice within the past month and the service here is kinda slow compared to many other neighboring restaurants. Maybe it’s due to their need to fry up the chicken wings fresh to order? Don’t know, but like others have mentioned, you could be waiting a little while for the food to arrive.
Though it’s slow, the wings are… just…okay. I’ve frequented another BWW in Alabama quite a few times; this one isn’t at the top of my go-​to list. Since it’s near the mall though, and if I ever have a major hankering for a few wings, I’ll continue stopping by this location to place an order. I’ve been on a hunt for quality wings around ATL; at least BWW has large wings to make up for other the puny ones at all of the other places I’ve been to.

I’m driving home from the gym yesterday and my friend called and asked if I wanted to go grab a drink. I agreed but I needed something close to home so I could shower and change clothes. I’ve seen Buffalo Wild Wings in passing and I figured it would be a cool place to check out for the first time. Let me mention that I don’t eat any meat on the bone so I don’t eat wings but I figured I could try the boneless wings.
We arrived and sat in the outskirts of the bar. The bartender was also our server but it wasn’t too busy so we didn’t think it should be a problem. We should’ve picked up and left from the beginning when it took about 5 minutes for her to come up and greet us to take our drink order. We decided to be patient and stick it out. We both decided to get water (so much for those drinks). It took another 5 to 10 minutes for that to come out.
We found out that it was Wing Tuesday so you get wings for .60 cents each. That didn’t really help me much but it was good to know that they also have a boneless wings Thursday special for the same price. I asked the server what she likes and she recommended the Spinach Artichoke flat bread sandwich (doesn’t come with any sides). My friend ordered the wings with some Asian zinger sauce the waitress recommended. Sauce is an additional .60 cents. We waited for a good 25 minutes before the waitress came back and said they couldn’t make my sandwich because the oven is broken… Really? It took that long for you to realize the oven is broken. OK.
At this point I’m starving and I was ready to give up and leave but I went back to the menu and decided to try the boneless wings with a Thai Curry sauce. Our food finally came out after another 20 minutes and we ate. My wings definitely weren’t worth the wait. I really didn’t care for the sauce and they were very crunchy and a little tough to eat. I asked for some Honey BBQ sauce to dip my wings in and it honestly took another 15 minutes for someone to bring that to me. My friend said her wings were pretty good.
Overall, I would say don’t come here if you are hungry or in a rush. I MIGHT come back some day and try the boneless wings Thursday with a wetter sauce and try sitting somewhere away from the bar but I’m not even sure if I’ll risk it.
