Cartopia Carwash

Only used the carwash itself. They were pretty slow comsidering only 2 cars were here and it still took about 40 mins to get through.
The lady taking the money do not look up to see who she taking money from. No hello, no good afternoon. Will not say she is not friendly. But definitely not personable.
The car went through the system so fast. The brushes hardly took time to spin in car. Never seen it get through any carwash so fast. None of the lights indicating under carriage or wax being appied and seen very little coming out. Lot of water on car after it was supposed to be dried and no one got in to do the back Windows. For 24 dollars. I expected much more from them.
New to area. so I will see out a better carwash than this or it will be back to washing it myself. Jeeze.l.

Never take your vehicle here! I took my car here for an oil change and shortly after I left my car was smoking and stalling. I have a 2013 car, so there is no way my car should be smoking nor stalling. When I got home I looked under my hood and saw that my oil cap was missing and oil was everywhere. I was pissed but I couldn’t call because I was their last customer before they close that day. The next morning I called and the lady who I spoke to was so rude, she started to raise her voice at me and talk over me. So I eventually hung up on her and the manager (who I had originally asked for) called. They basically said they would come to my house to fix it. I told them absolutely not, I do not trust you guys to come to my home. I got my car towed back up there and they said they fixed it but my car was still smoking and jerking when I came to a stop. I took my car to Chevy and they looked at my car. When I pick up my car from Chevy they stated in their notes that the oil cap was still not on my car. How do you make the same mistake twice. The workers at Cartopia are very unprofessional and unapologetic. I still have not received an I’m sorry. They told me that people make mistakes. No one there accepts responsible. I will be taking them to civil court for reimbursement on the damages to my car.

This place is cool. When i went it was a rainy day and not very crowded, desk attendent wasnt the friendly but it was so gloomy outside i kinda wouldnt have expected her to be. I got my oil changed, and afterwards, the guy calls me from the waiting home and tries to tell me i need my transmission fluid re-​uped and my radiator flushed out. Little does he know, i got both of those done already the week before. They will try to upsell you to make you spend more money, dont fall for it, just let them change your oil and keep it moving. They couldnt play me, i know the car game.
