Wow, this store is large and has a very nice selection of products. I think that the best way to tackle a store of this size is to first do your research and generate a specific list. You can then walk in and not feel so overwhelmed. I walked around and noticed that they had a nice selection of wigs, styling tools, accessories and even clothing.
With a store of this size, they could definitely benefit from having a consultant on the floor to answer customer’s questions about various products. There were so many great looking products that I just couldn’t resist buying a couple of leave-​in conditioners to add to my daily routine.
I think that I am becoming a product junkie! Oh No!

Very wide selection of hair and beauty products. Prices vary of course. Given the size of the business, I think more help is needed rather than customers having to walk to and from the cash register.
