Low rent, inner city ambiance although in a nice neighborhood. Very poorly maintained. Ceiling tile inside missing, exposing moldy-​looking insulation. Sketchy characters hang around. My wife doesn’t feel safe there at night. Gas stations closer to downtown Lithonia, which is a poor area, are nicer, better lit, better kept up, and feel safer.
