Creole: Wings, Fish, Stacks, Soul

Pros: staff is nice
Cons: food is over-​priced. Very Small portions. Very few combos, most items are a la carte, making it even more expensive. Been here FOUR times and only got food ONCE. There were three times that I came to this establishment BEFORE the POSTED closing time and it was pitch black inside and closed.
I don’t see this place lasting long and I will be very surprised if they make it through the year. It’s bad enough that I came back against my better judgement but when I arrive… they’re not even open during their business hours. I will never be back.

I am in town and on vacation, i love trying different foods while on travel so i stopped in and OMG the food was amazing and the service was great. The owner was not only beautiful but i’d say she is the best cook in town. I actually ordered food to go while i was still eating the food i ordered. I recommend everyone to eat here and share the same experience i shared!

Do not use this merchant. She will not honor the vouchers that she uses to promote her business. There is a tricky, fraudulent practice going on here. I presented a half-​off depot voucher and my husband presented another half-​off depot voucher to the merchant at Creole: Wings, Fish, Stacks, Soul. The merchant discussed with us at length how she had withdrawn participation in the program. She indicated that she was no longer accepting any vouchers. I showed to the merchant the voucher on my phone with the bar code and voucher number showing from the actual
website. She copied down the two voucher numbers and made a phone call. After this she indicated that she could not honor the voucher and that I should seek repayment from wherever I had purchased. She said that she no longer deals with that company, but she was lying as she later submitted my voucher number to get a payment for a service that she did not provide. She refused to provide the food that I had paid for with the voucher.
I did let her write down the voucher number so that she could verify its authenticity, but I did not receive any food from the merchant as she vehemently said that she does not have any access to the site, that she does not deal with the site anymore, and that she will not honor their vouchers. The voucher was for a 10 piece shrimp meal with fries and a drink. She has now submitted my voucher as if it was redeemed so that she can receive payment and she refused to provide the food for which the vouchers were paid.

A new restaurant called Creolel opened in a strip plaza next to three brothers mart and Nathan soul food… I love Nathans but Creole is awesome too! I had the Calypso Chicken… it was only $ 6.99 and came with a side… it was the best I have ever had… The owner came out and was very nice .She makes specials daily they are some of the best culinary food I’ve had in awhile… the little small places are usually the best kept secrets and this is definitely one of them!!!

I noticed this place while driving home one day and decided to stop in and give them a try. The service was awesome, the gentleman who helped me was very friendly. I ordered a chicken stack, shrimp and gumbo. The food had good flavor, but the shrimp was way overcooked (to the point where it was kind of rubbery), and the stack was just okay. The gumbo was pretty tasty, everything was hot and made to order, but I’m not sure if I would try it again because nothing but the customer service blew me away.
