Food Depot

I like Food Depot its the only grocery store that’s really close to me that provides cheap generic goods and groceries. This store is clean and everyone is friendly. This type of grocery store is kind of like Piggly Wiggly or Wayfield so no organic anything here, the vegetables are fresh but most of them are prepackaged so no picking your own produce. The meat and frozen section are always well stocked which is convenient and they have a decent amount of household goods. No long lines even when busy and the customer service is better than Walmart.
The only thing I hate about this place is the prices. They charge you a 10% fee which they say covers their delivery fees, stocking fees, lighting fee, employees, etc… (you mean operating costs?!)

Normally most stores build this into the pricing of their products… DUH! So I wish they would just go ahead and display what you are going to pay and get rid of the dumb fee. They would save some trees and would not have to display the sign explaining why you get charged 10%.it’s plastered everywhere! Overall decent store I come often not because it’s cheap but because it’s close by.
