I’ve always walked by this place but never went in until my mother in law got a membership not too long ago. She suggested I try out a class as a guest and that’s exactly what I did. They have your basic classes like yoga, zumba, abs, piloxing etc. But interestingly enough, they also have African dance, reggaeton, and line dance. I tried out body sculpting and survivor challenge. The survivor class was more challenging. It’s basically like a boot camp class. There are also machines in here to workout with if you don’t want to do a class. There’s even trainers here to help you. They keep track of your progress with your own chart. There’s also a kid’s room you can drop your kid off into while you workout. I’m not sure how much the memberships are since I’m only a guest but I would’ve joined if I had known about this place sooner! I’m leaving in a couple days so now I can’t. But if you live in the area and want to do classes or like the aspect of a women’s only gym, definitely come check this place out!
