I wish I had read the other review before using this service. The technician was on time (though he had problems using the GPS and I had to go and meet him), however, the price quoted over the phone was half of what I was charged. I was told there would be a service fee of $ 35 plus $ 40 for labor. I assumed the $ 40 could be more depending on the work. When the technician saw the door, he told me $ 175 to drill the deadbolt so I asked him to unlock the sliding glass door instead since it would take a more typical entry method. There was a crack in between the door and the jam so he was able to use the inflatable bag to wedge the door open. It took all of 60 seconds. Charge…$ 125. I asked for an explanation of the difference in techniques used for the $ 75 fee and the one used that caused the $ 125 fee. No explanation. Basically Avi explained that he could set his own rate. I called the dispatcher back to ask for an explanation and she stated they never would charge only $ 75 and that the typical fee is $ 150. Why quote a starting rate of $ 75 then? I was told that all locksmiths will state that. So in other words, we bait and switch you in order to get your business and then charge whatever we feel. I will never use them again nor recommend them. If I had not been in a hurry, I would have called someone else.

Not in Lithonia. Technician was an hour and a half away. He was nice but had trouble with all my locks. Charged me more than the quote.
