Pizza Hut

I don’t know how these people stay in business. If they do business like what I’ve experienced, they should have been out of business a long time ago. SMH

This pizza hut is a franchise, and God knows when either it improve or close. If this pizza hut is your closest location, save your time and money and find a better location. Sometimes the pizza dough was undeecooked, other times tough or stale. The tomato sauce is not good, and the cheese is usually spreaded sparingly, leaving some parts of the pizza bald (sometimes no cheese and sauce). Toppings are not added like they should be, even when charged extra. The wings, especially boneless, arw not coated in sauce but unevenly drizzled. The sauce is sometimes not fresh but have old cooked meat in it. I know because my portion of boneless wings had old strings of meat on the surface. The breadsticks are hard to chew, the cheese sticks are not cheesy and the marinara sauce is sometimes stale. Delivery wait time varies from quick to too long, which to me is strange because the driving distance time is about 5 minutes and literally less than 10 minutes. The delivery drivers are either afraid or emotionless like often the newly-​released from pridon and/​or jail, and they do not bring napkins and condiments even when requested. The correction of food orders usually end in credits that you have a limited time to use, so ask if you get this option. The majority of the orders placed have been sometimes average but often a recurring problem. Lastly, it is stationed next to a quik trip gas station that is visited by gangs that shoot openly (ask the quik trip employees about the shooting at night on 7-​10-​2015, police showed up late or not), so safety is questionable. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE or the papa johns nearby for similar reasons mentioned. The pictures of the pizza hut food is not a truthful indication but imagine the advertised pictures having less cheese and looking not too fresh but waiting to be served.

By far the worst Pizza Hut on the planet when it comes to customer service! And food! If they tell you to pick it up in 20 minutes they really mean an hour and 30minutes. I never base my reviews off 1 visit alone. I have gave this spot at least 3 chances and they have totally bombed each time. How in the world do you mess up Pizza Hut!!! Wings burnt and old. Pizza rolls tasted nowhere near what they should. The pizza sauce tasted like Kroger brand sauce cause it sure wasn’t pizza huts. To make matters worse after waiting well past the expected ready time they screwed up my order ROYALLY! And then they left 3 wings out my box!!! This Pizza Hut has finally closed after all the years of poor service. Good riddance. They had more than enough time to get it together.

After getting food poisoning from this location. I called the area manager to inform her about my visit to the doctor. She apologize and offer me a free pizza. Ain’t that some shit. I went home and call the environmental health department and file a complaint. This is not gonna slide.

This location is horrible. I have tried delivery a few times and every time pizza arrives cold. Tonight I ordered pizza arrived as usual an hour and a half late. Called the store manager says pizza should have arrived some time ago. Made contact with driver, driver suddenly arrives smelling like marijuana. Calls manager back, manager refuses to come to the phone. This location sucks!

I had broken pieces of plastic baked into my pizza. It looked like one of their food containers broke and a 2 inch piece was in my food. Could never meet up with the owner to show him and he wouldn’t return my calls.

Never pick up the phone, had to drive there. Heard the phone ringing constantly while I was there, employees walking around listening to music outside the store, and texting on their phones in the kitchen. Horrible customer service, loooooong wait times, would not come again.

Don’t eat the chicken supreme. I believe I contracted food poisoning from this place. Warning to all
