I didn’t even use their service and I still feel compelled to write a poor review based on the treatment I have received. My fiancée and I stepped into the store months ago to simply ask questions and check prices, and immediately the peer pressure tactics kick in from an associate. My fiancée answers some of their questions so as not to be rude, and we leave as soon as we can. Months later I get an email saying that my tux are about to be ordered and I’ll be charged a $ 50 fee to make any changes unless I call them that day. Seeing as how I never placed that order I, obviously, give them a call. Eventually, after it being implied that the situation is my fault, the very rude woman on the other end cancels the order and hangs up on me.

I had to deal with these people when returning the tux. The woman at the desk was an older African American woman with grey braids from the moment I came in she had an attitude. And was very snotty. Never returning to this location

I don’t know where to start. From the moment we walked into the Stonecrest store, Tiffany made us feel right at home. We were looking for something different and unique, and we definitely found it. David Tutera Diamond Celebration Tuxedo was a perfect match to compliment my Diamond White gown. The wedding was outdoors on June 20^th, 2015, (hot!!!), and therefore the Linen like Tuxedo was «PERFECT». Needless to say the groom was impeccably fitted and dressed from head to toe. The other members of the wedding party were also fitted and dressed beautifully!
The entire Savvi personnel was informative, professional, fun, and kind each and every time we went into the store. I wish I could remember names. I personally would like to thank the tall, newly married gentleman that pulled my son aside to respectfully ask him to shave his beard back a bit to please me, his mother! He did. lol
If you’re wanting different styles and colors, then Savvi is definitely the place to go. Our guests are still talking about the unique Tux and of course me. lol Kudos to Savvi for making our wedding an event to remember.

You don’t find service like this anywhere. They are so friendly, and they are always willing to help with anything! I love this place. They have a very larger choice of styles and colors which I also like. If you need a tuxedo, this is the place to go!
