Bianca did my daughters hair and it turned out so pretty! Way better than what I could have ever done. Her appointment was at 12… She was in the back by 12:05…staff was also professional.

First time coming because one of the braiders had posted about it in a Facebook group. It started well we got there about 15min before our appointment. She immediately took her to shampoo bowl and began. She then went back to her client while my daughter was under dryer with conditioner. She then seemed to forget about her, but thank goodness for the owner. She had someone else step in and rinse and blowdry and braid her hair. I was quite happy with Valencia who braided my daughter hair, she was fast and efficient. I will definitely be a returning customer
