The Boss’s BBQ

After inhaling smoky goodness on several occasions while entering the highway, we finally remembered to turn on Hillandale and try Boss’s BBQ tonight.
This is a serious place and the food is good, the portions are large and there are deals to be enjoyed.
The Boss’s is as good as you can get at a restaurant, but I have come to the conclusion that restaurant BBQ will never be as good as home BBQ straight off the grill. It just never has that crispy crunch.
I’d never seen a giant rib like that. The meat was bright pink like a side of ham. Pork sandie was sloppy and perfect. I love home cut fries with skins-​they were nice but not hot. Green beans were my fave. Macncheese was classic.
This is a great pit stop (heh-​git it, pit) after a hike on Arabia Mountain.
PS check the words of wisdom in the bathroom… excellent.

terrible customer service. I notice a sore of 73 so I asked the young man behind the counter why was the score a 73. He pointed to the man at the table and said ask him. Well when I asked him (the owner), he told me go read it. Which I though was so rude, especially coming from the owner. My girlfriend was at the counter still prepaing to order. I walked out. she overheard them saying If she don;t like it, get the *%$% out. coming in here starting some ^%%$! Can you believe the owner said that. I will never pationize a business like that. Are you kidding, I can spend my $$ elsewhere!
