BEWARE! We just did a bathroom remodel with Classic Granite. Our level 7 granite had a 2″ x 1.5″ flaw (indented area that was not polished) right on the top! They told us that this was to be expected, especially for the higher levels of granite (huh??) They never mentioned to us that there might be visible flaws in the finished product. Our two previous granite jobs with other vendors had no flaws. In addition, the pieces were measured wrong which delayed the job and the installation was so sloppy that it took the contractor and us hours to clean up the blobs of caulking and sealer — what a mess. Also, the bullnose edges were not polished. They would not work with us on the flaw at all — so much for the 100% guarantee. This was a terrible experience.
