I have a Volvo and had it services at a dealership until I found Integrity! I’m so pleased with their service, their knowledge of Volvo mechanics, and they’re great at communicating about what needs to be done or what can wait to be done to my car. Seldom have I gotten to actually to speak to the person working on my car, and this is such a plus at Integrity. The men are professional and personable and they’ll have my business for a long time.
I can’t recommend them highly enough. Whatever car you have, consider taking it to them.

I drove down from Toronto to visit my parents in Lancaster, and noticed it was riding a little funny. Since i am pretty militant about my car upkeep I found these guys on Unilocal.My mother said just take it to the dealership, but I did not think that to be an economical option. I had no idea they were Volvo specialists (which I have) so that was a nice surprise. I needed new front rotors, which arrived in one day, and installed in an hour. They gave me a loaner car for the time I needed it. Very friendly, impeccable shop, honest, and price worthy! I wish they were in Toronto! Al and Patrick are great guys!

I have been to dozens of car shops and cannot seem to find a single mechanic that focuses on customer service. This all changed when I walked in the doors of Integrity Automotive. I felt they truly cared about helping me solve my problems, and they did not charge these ridiculous rates for the time they spent on my Mini Cooper. All in all Al and Patrick are talented and honest men!

Had a great experience with Integrity. I was in a bind and needed to have the repair done as fast as possible — Patrick got my car in and provided us with a loaner car for the weekend! Repair was finished on Monday. Great communication throughout the process, and overall excellent service. Will definitely be bringing all my vehicles here for service in the future.
