I had contracted with them to check my trailer with a soft spot in my roof and give me a quote on a new awning. Took close to a month for them to get around to looking at the trailer right before Memorial day which I was ok with, but then another month passed waiting for the quote with me calling a number of times. We had held off for a number of weeks of prime time camping waiting for this group to get us a price and fix our camper and everytime they promised us they would get us a quote, they did not. We finally had to go elsewhere.
