Since our purchase and the fact that we are inexperienced newbies in the world of camping we’ve needed to call these guys several times for advice. My first impression of them at the sale was not a warm and fuzzy feeling but I have been extremely grateful for their explanations and help along the way. They have been honest with their advice and could have turned us away but didn’t. They even made a house call to look at potential problems. Although you won’t get bells and whistles when you buy from them as they are very low key you will get honesty and knowledge which in my opinion far outweighs everything else.
